Initiate Your Request

Package Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with security tags attached, and place them back into the original designer packaging.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your drop-off receipt to track the status of your refund.
